Every week, the ContactRelief team will share important information about the science of meteorology and how it factors into your contact center operations and risk management profile. We are proud to announce that ContactRelief consulting meteorologist, Dr. Kevin Levey will be authoring the weather-related content for ContactRelief's Weather Insights.

Dr. Levey joins the ContactRelief team as a result of our work with CustomWeather, where he is the Vice President of Operations, overseeing a team of ten meteorologists working around the clock to keep ContactRelief's clients up-to-date with the latest weather information.

Dr. Levey holds advanced degrees in Atmospheric Sciences with 23 years of experience as a working meteorologist. In addition to teaching the science as an Associate Professor of Meteorology, San Francisco State University, he has published seven research papers in internationally recognized atmospheric research journals. We are fortunate to have such a highly qualified professional working with us to help you make the best decisions for your contact center operations.
